Why do Alliance Française centres in India quote different fees for the same exam?

France Éducation International confirms in writing that the test centre sets the fee. Each Alliance Française is a separate non profit association, with its own staff, rent and operating costs in cities as different as Trivandrum and Delhi.

Are the listening, reading, writing and speaking sections billed separately?

For the TCF Tout Public the centre quotes one price for the three mandatory multiple choice sections and an add-on for the optional writing and speaking. TCF IRN, Canada and Québec are billed as a single all-inclusive sitting.

Can I pay in INR, or do I need to pay in euros?

In India you pay the local Alliance Française in INR by bank transfer, card or sometimes UPI. The euro sticker price you see on french-education-international.fr applies to candidates sitting the exam inside France.

Is there a refund if I cancel?

Each centre publishes its own cancellation policy. The default rule across most Alliance Française centres is no refund within the 15 days before the session. Check the registration form before paying.
