A team of four from EMLV Business School is joining us this semester for a consulting project, part of their Master in Management. We met over coffee last week to kick it off: ideas on the table, honest exchange on the challenges, roles defined, clear direction out.
What we were looking for: fresh eyes on the parts of the business we are too close to. What we got: students who challenged assumptions in the first hour and asked the right questions in the second.
